Static Triaxial
Description
Soil samples shear strength evaluation is performed by static triaxial apparatus. In this apparatus, all readings and loadings are automatically carried out and saved as an excel file. Isotropic consolidation velocity and applying deviator stress by vertical axis is selected by user, so the apparatus can perform tests in stress-control or strain-control state. CU, CD & UU tests are the most well-known tests that can be done by this apparatus according to ASTM D2850 & ASTM D4767. In apparatus software 4 successive phases can be defined and test results are saved as graphs with arbitrary axes during the test is running. This apparatus can be promoted to mechanical wave velocity measurement system and suction control system.
